The entrance examination process at Royal School

To support parents and students in preparing thoroughly for the entrance examination, Royal School outlines a clear and structured process, ensuring students approach the exam with confidence and achieve their desired results.

The entrance examination is a vital step for Royal School to assess each student’s learning abilities and potential. Based on the outcomes, the school will provide appropriate guidance and tailor a suitable educational program for the student. Below is an overview of the key steps in the entrance examination process, designed to help both parents and students follow and prepare effectively:

Step 1: Registering for the entrance examination

Parents and students can register either directly at the Admissions and Marketing Centre or via the school’s online registration channels. Upon registration, parents and students will receive an entrance examination student card, which includes detailed information regarding the time and location. This ensures that students attend the examination on time and are well-prepared.

A dedicated team of consultants is available to assist parents and students with the registration process efficiently

Step 2: Taking the entrance examination

Students will attend the entrance examination at the registered time. The exam consists of three main sections:

  • MOET Program: Maths and Vietnamese
  • Cambridge Program: English
  • Interview: Students will participate in an interview with both Vietnamese and foreign teachers, conducted in English and Vietnamese. This evaluates their communication skills and cognitive abilities. The interview not only assesses language proficiency but also allows students to showcase their self-confidence and communication skills.

Step 3: Notification of results

Results will be sent to parents within 03 - 05 working days after the examination. Students who meet the requirements will be offered an official letter of admission. In cases where the requirements for any subject are not met, a second examination can be conducted. Then the school will arrange for students to participate in the next examination.

Parents will receive the results within 03 - 05 working days after the student completes the entrance examination

Step 4: Admission document completion

Once parents confirm their acceptance of the admission offer, the school will proceed with the enrolment process. The tuition fee (or reservation fee) must then be paid within one week of receiving the official admission letter. After completing these steps, students will officially become part of Royal School, ready to thrive in a modern and high-quality learning environment.

Royal School is renowned for its bilingual education program, modern facilities, and affordable tuition fees, making it the optimal choice for many parents

On March 1, Royal School will hold an entrance examination for students from grade 1 to grade 12 who are interested in studying at the school. This is an opportunity for students to showcase their abilities, explore their potential, and find the most suitable learning environment. Parents who wish for their children to experience a modern, bilingual, and high-quality educational environment are welcome to register for the entrance examination in person at the Admissions and Marketing Centre or through the school’s communication channels.
